We are aware of issues with Alexa being unresponsive. Unfortunately we will no longer be making updates to the Alexa integration to resolve this issue. The current work around for this is the following:
Enable and disable Alexa privacy
- Tap the Alexa button at the bottom of the Nucleus screen. This will enable Alexa privacy.
- Tap it again to start Alexa listening again.
- Try speaking to Alexa again.
