You shouldn't need to reboot your Nucleus unless directed to by another article on this support site or by a Nucleus Customer Experience Associate. If something out of the ordinary occurs, please contact email@example.com first, as we'd like to capture information about the issue.
To reboot Nucleus:
- Press and hold the physical button in the upper-left corner of your Nucleus.
- A menu should pop up after about three seconds. Tap Reboot on this menu.
- Tap OK on the confirmation window.
If the menu never appears, you can remove the power cord (or Ethernet cable if using Power over Ethernet), wait ten seconds, and plug it back in.
