Sometimes, you just don’t want to take a video call. Nucleus offers a few options for ensuring you don’t get a call when you don’t want one. The Status button toggles between three statuses: Privacy, Instant, and Do Not Disturb. To toggle between them, just tap Status, then choose an option.
The Privacy option ensures that calls from other devices in your family (including mobile devices) must be manually answered, and you can choose to reject the incoming call. The other devices will see that this one is in Privacy mode, and the bottom bar will be gray.
Note: all calls from Remote connections must be manually answered at all times. The Status toggle does not affect Remote calls.
The Instant option allows calls from all devices in your family (including mobile devices) to be automatically answered. Other devices will see this one as being in Instant mode, and the bottom bar will be blue.
The Do Not Disturb option prevents other devices from calling that Nucleus. While enabled, other devices see that the device is in Do Not Disturb status, and the bottom bar will be purple. A Nucleus in Do Not Disturb can still call other available devices.
